A range of techniques are used, tailored to the preferences and pace of the client, including psychometric tools (such as Myers Briggs), transactional analysis, psychotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming. The focus is on pragmatism throughout, grounding personal insights in practical, “start today” steps. Most clients make a transformational shift within 6 sessions.

    Executive Team Development

    Leading a high performing team is not always easy. Individuals bring their own agendas and have different personal styles which may be perceived by others as conflicting rather than complementary. There are critical questions to ask –

Firstly they need to establish what the culture currently looks like and how well this is serving the organisation.

Leaders also need to understand the impact of change on their staff and how individuals may react differently, adapting their communication and behaviours accordingly.
